The 14th annual Discovery Bay Parade of Lights will take place on Saturday, December 3rd. This year’s decorating theme is “Rocking Around the Christmas Tree” so expect a fun and lively assortment of floats, dancers, car and golf cart groups and more!
Cant wait to meet Santa? Â Join the big guy in the morning at Breakfast With Santa in the parade tent at the community center. Just bring 3 cans of food for the food bank and you’ll get a free breakfast and photo with Santa! Â Check out details in the flyer below.

This Christmas, take a trip to the Wild, Wild West at the Discovery Bay Parade of Lights! Anything West Goes at this year’s parade, from the Wild West of the past, to the Western icons of today. The 13th annual Discovery Bay Parade of Lights will wind it’s way through the streets of Discovery Bay on Saturday, December 5 and will be immediately followed by the Discovery Bay Lions Christmas Tree Lighting Cere,only in the shopping center. Enter your float, vehicle, golf cart, band, dance or walking group today!

December 7, 2014Congratulations, to the Winners of the 12th Annual Discovery Bay Parade of Lights! More than 5,000 people lined the streets for this year’s parade, and another 1,000 participated on floats, in vehicle groups, as dancers and walkers. This year’s pirate theme was a huge hit, with hundreds of pirates walking the streets of Discovery Bay, and some absolutely spectacular pirate ships.

August 1, 2014The 12th Annual Discovery Bay Parade of Lights will take place Saturday, December 6, 2014. This year’s decorating theme is “Pirates on Parade!” Expect a lively show full of Discovery Bay pirates celebrating the holiday season.
The parade route will remain the same as 2013, with the judging tent on the right side of Discovery Bay Blvd., in front of the Community Center.
